Walk the Weight Off Challenge 2021 (new destinations, real medals)

	Hi Smbiztime, If you’re looking for something to lift your mood and get you motivated in this cold and lonely January, here's a challenge you can really get your teeth into. Walking is fabulous for mind and body, helping you shed more pounds without needing to be so restrictive about what you eat. There are 50 new destinations this year and you can take as long as you like to walk to each one – which means everyone has a shot at getting the map badges for far-flung destinations like Malaysia and New Zealand. But the best bit is you'll be walking not only for your weight, shape and fitness, but to earn real medals for your effort. There are bronze, silver and gold medal levels and it’s possible to achieve all three.
